Coca Cola Zero Bottle

Working with Helix 3D to a very tight deadline, we created this 3.6m bottle in 12mm PETG for the launch of Coca Cola Zero. Vacuumformed in sections and fabricated to form a thin section tank, the bottle was filled with caramel coloured liquid and had bubble tubes inserted to give the fizzing effect.
Our mouldings being expertly assembled by Helix 3D to form a stunning 3.6m high true-to-life Coca Bottle to kick off Coca Cola Zero Sugar at Hyde Park
