Applications of the Vacuum Forming Process
A lot of plastic products that you come across in your day-to-day life will have been made via the process of vacuum forming. This simple plastic fabrication technique comes hand-in-hand with a number of advantages and it has become an increasingly popular technique in a wide range of different industries.

Acrylic vs Polycarbonate Domes
Acrylic and polycarbonate are often recognised as direct competitors, due to their similar appearance and both being a popular choice of the material when it comes to manufacturing domes.
Types of Acrylic
Acrylic is known around the globe for its durable and well-made structure. It, in fact, outranks polycarbonate in terms of its ability to withhold heavy loads, though it is not as impact resistant. Actually, it is an excellent substitute for glass and can be found to be up to 17 times as durable as traditional glass.

BLOOMBERG PROJECT – As experts in our field, we were called in to assess and repair some large water tanks at the Bloomberg Project site in the city. Our team spent over a week inside the tanks, cleaning, filling, buffing, polishing, sanding and generally making the tanks fit for use. The challenge was that the tanks had some very deep lensing effect depressions and we needed to enlarge these depressions to reduce the lens effect without jeopardising the integrity of the tanks. Our team worked professionally throughout the whole project and the client who had very exacting standards said that we had showcased the work well and portrayed the company in a very professional manner. Nothing less than we always expect.
