Liberty of London

December 29, 2016

For the atria in Liberty of Regent Street, we were asked to produce a multiple series of acrylic spheres of varying sizes. We used a variety of sizes from 300mm diameter up to 1000mm of which some were clear to allow products to be inserted and hung inside and others were beautifully and perfectly chromed. Our consistent shape and high quality was chosen over cheaper suppliers who were unable to offer the guarantees that we do. The clients said about us that;

“There is always something cheaper available out there if you look, but often there is nothing close to better”

The spheres were then hung in differing sequences of sizes from clear super strong wire. In between and amongst the spheres, silver ticker tape shapes were hung that revolved and shimmered in the lights and air movement. The end result was a shimmering display of acrylic and silver that had perpetual movement.
