The glass is always extra full with Talbot Designs
When ITV Creative wanted to promote XXL Thursdays, the on-air promotions team wanted raise a glass to just how BIG a night Thursday is to become during an 8 week period from late summer.
To emphasise what an extra, extra large night of entertainment is coming up, ITV Creative turned to bespoke plastics fabricators, London-based Talbot Designs to create and XXL wine glass to help viewers drink in the message.
Vicky Burgess, a Director at ITV Creative, said: “The glass looked quite amazing. Standing at 1.5 metres in height and with a diameter of 1 metre, it took an enormous amount of liquid to fill it. The resulting picture will be used as part of our teaser campaign for XXL Thursdays.”
Richard Woolff, Managing Director of Talbot Designs, said: “We are regularly called upon to produce larger than life objects – many of them involving food and drinks. One of our claims to fame is the production of the world’s largest beer bottle. We are proud to have helped ITV Creative with their new on-air promotional campaign”.
