Talbot Designs shed light on Hell’s Kitchen - and ‘In the Night Garden’
Talbot Designs’ domes don’t just share the limelight but provide it as well. In the recent production of Hell’s Kitchen, huge Talbot Designs’ domes were used to light the celebrity-filled restaurant; whilst in the Ragdoll production for the BBC of ‘In the Night Garden’ Talbot provided moulded spheres used to decorate Makka Pakka’s cave, the lights on the bridge and the flashing nose on the Pinky Ponk airship.
In fact, Talbot’s offerings seem to be on television even more than Jonathan Ross. Talbot Designs’ Managing Director, Richard Woolff, said: “The versatility of our domes is immense. Talbot Designs’ domes have been used for hundreds of different applications in film, television and elsewhere”.
Talbot Designs creates dome structures in 160 sizes up to 2.2m in diameter – each of which has a glittering role right from the start. Each dome is manufactured and shipped from its North London head office.
