Another local acrylic fabricator won this prestigious project but decided that the final quality required was not within their capabilities and we were asked to step in and help. The tanks were designed with air bubble vents and colour changing LED lights which reflected the different moods during the course of a day. All our acrylic water tanks are rigorously tested and documented to ensure they are of the highest quality.

We were commissioned by advertising agency, Mice TMM, to fabricate some super- size ink cartridges for a new TV campaign promoting the green aspect of recycling. These life-like cartridges had to be sufficiently robust as they were going to be filled with real inks but were actually 15" high and 12" long.

The cartridges were hand fabricated with attention to detail paramount with the top vacuum formed to specially created tooling. They were then filmed at close range and had to withstand not only the rigours of being liquid filled but the scrutiny of a very particular art director.

As appointed fabricators to Harrods Ltd, we were asked to react quickly to a HSE requirement for protective balustrades in a public area of the store. This was to allow the public to view statue of Diana & Dodi at the recent unveiling.

We moulded the balustrades in 25mm clear acrylic and the handrail in 50mm clear cast rod, which was then sandblasted and groove machined to fit the clear panel. We had the stainless steel brackets fabricated and worked through the night in Harrods ensuring they were fitted securely to the floor.

We are also involved in less glamorous but equally challenging projects as this image shows. These separator trays were commissioned to allow the multiple low temperature curing of machined epoxy components. The trays were created to allow them to be stacked and needed to be of the highest quality to ensure they did not damage the components before they had the final cure.
